How we collect, use, and protect information when you request a service.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may receive your name, email, phone number, property address, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, requested date, selected access method, and any notes you choose to include.

We may also keep messages and coordination details you send by email or WhatsApp, as well as photos of completed work when they are part of the service. The website and its hosting provider process basic technical data such as IP address, browser, security logs, and session data needed for language preference and CSRF protection.

02

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate and perform cleaning services, communicate about a booking, send confirmations or photo reports, answer questions, secure the website, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use quote details to enroll you in promotional campaigns. If we offer marketing in the future, we will seek any required permission and provide a way to opt out.

03

Email communications

By checking the quote form box, you authorize Hernandez Cleaning Solutions to use the submitted information to respond to that request by email. This permission is limited to handling your inquiry or service; it does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, information you share is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

04

Property access and entry codes

The quote form does not ask for passwords, PINs, smart-lock codes, or alarm codes. Do not enter them in the form or in email or chat notes. After a service is confirmed, we will coordinate an access method and request only the operational information needed. When possible, use temporary codes and revoke or change them after service.

05

Service photos

If photo proof is part of a service, images are used to document the work and share the result with you through the agreed channel. Please avoid including people, documents, screens, or other private information that is not needed. We keep photos only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, address questions, and meet applicable obligations.

06

When information may be shared

We may share the minimum information necessary with providers that help us host the website, process email, or support communication and service delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, a valid legal order, or to protect rights and safety. We do not authorize our providers to use the data for their own promotional purposes.

07

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to manage quotes and services, maintain business records, resolve claims, and comply with the law; afterward, we delete or deidentify it when reasonable. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or messaging service can guarantee absolute security during transmission or storage.

08

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw permission for future communications about a request, or ask a privacy question. Some communications or records may be retained when needed to complete a service, protect rights, or comply with law. Your state’s laws may provide additional rights; we will handle requests under applicable law.

09

Children and policy updates

The website and services are intended for adults requesting property cleaning; we do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy when our services or applicable rules change. The current version and its update date will be posted here.

10

North Carolina supplemental notice

Where required by North Carolina law, we maintain written procedures for disposing of personal records so they cannot reasonably be read or reconstructed: paper documents are shredded or otherwise securely destroyed, and electronic records or media are securely erased or destroyed. We take reasonable measures to protect information during and after disposal, as described in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-64.

If an incident meets the applicable definition and notice conditions, we will notify affected people without unreasonable delay and provide the notices and reports required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-65, including notice to the Attorney General’s office when required. The statute also provides that a waiver of the protections in that article is void and unenforceable.

11

Scope of this policy

This policy describes our privacy practices and is not a guarantee that incidents will never occur. Nothing in this notice is intended to waive consumer rights or exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. The validity and scope of any provision depend on the law that applies to a particular situation.

This notice is not legal advice. Specific obligations depend on the data and services used and the business’s actual practices.
